Builders who typically publish street prices on sofilakes.com/homes include Imagination Homes, Coventry Homes, and Chesmar Homes when they have active cards. Those numbers change — treat Homes for Sale as the source of truth the morning you tour, not a screenshot from last week.
Westin Homes at Sofi Lakes is the clearest call-for-pricing story: larger 4–5 bedroom plans (about 3,100–4,200+ sq ft). Community-wide marketing from the $300s is not the same as a Westin street price. Ask on a tour; do not invent a Westin number for a blog or ad.
Lennar builds at Sofi Lakes too. Some weeks the public list shows Lennar inventory; some weeks it shows zero. If the Lennar builder page says nothing listed this week, believe it and check back — do not advertise a count that is not on /homes.
How to use this when you shop: filter what you can afford on the priced cards, then book a showing for the call-for-pricing plans you still want to walk. A good tour covers both so you leave with a real range, not a rumor.
